1. Enrollment & Payment Policy

• Manual Verification: Access to courses is granted only after the course fee is successfully verified. You must upload a clear screenshot of the transaction ID/receipt to our registration form.

• Non-Refundable: All course fees are 100% Non-Refundable. Once a student is enrolled and access is granted (or the payment is processed), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please choose your course carefully before paying.

2. Intellectual Property & Copyright (Strictly Enforced)

All content provided by Game Art Academy, including but not limited to video lectures, PDF notes, assets, project files, and live recordings, is the intellectual property of Game Art Academy.

• No Sharing: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your Google Classroom login details with friends, family, or other individuals. One fee covers one student only.

• No Reselling: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, recording, or copying our content to resell on other platforms (like Udemy, YouTube, or private drives) or distribute for free.

• Violation Consequences: If our systems detect suspicious login activity (multiple IP addresses) or if we find our content leaked by you, your access will be terminated immediately without refund, and legal action may be taken under the Copyright Ordinance of Pakistan and PECA 2016.

3. Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional learning environment. Students generally must:

• Be respectful to instructors and fellow students in the Google Classroom comments and chats.

• Avoid using hate speech, abusive language, or harassment.

• Submit assignments on time as per the instructor's schedule.

• Maintain academic integrity (do not submit others' work as your own).

Game Art Academy reserves the right to remove any student from the course without a refund if they violate these behavioral rules.

4. Disclaimer

While we strive to provide the best training possible, Game Art Academy does not guarantee immediate employment or freelancing success upon completion. Success depends on the student's personal practice, portfolio quality, and market conditions.
